How long does shipping take?
Since all orders are custom made production and shipping times take about 2-3 weeks to deliver. We know you want your painting as soon as possible and begin working on creating your custom canvas within the first 24 hours of you placing your order!

Where is my order?

How do I upload my picture? 
When viewing the product, under the “Upload Your Photo Here” there is a “choose file” button. Click that button and upload the photo of your choosing. 

How can I change my picture? 
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to change the picture that you have provided with your order. Although, if you ordered less than 12 hours ago, we are able to cancel your order; for you to reorder with your desired picture. 

Can I cancel my order? 
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Please email support@paintyournumberss.com to start the cancelation process. 

Does the order come with paint and brushes? 
Yes! Every photo comes with your custom hand-picked paint colors and three appropriately sized paint brushes.

I haven’t received an order confirmation? 
If you haven’t received an order confirmation, you may have misspelled your email address during checkout. Please email support@paintyournumberss.com and we’ll take a look for you!

Why is my tracking not updating?
Nothing to worry about, this is perfectly normal! When your order is in transit and moving between countries, tracking will be slow to update (the packages are on shipping containers). 

What size canvas do you offer?
At the moment we offer (30x40cm), (30x50cm), (40x40cm), (40x50cm), and (50x50cm). We will continue to add more sizes if they are requested by our customers. 

Do you offer a hard canvas?
Yes! We offer a pre-framed hard canvas.
