Due to the possibility of COVID-19 related, shipping may be delayed for 3-5 days.
Our products are shipping from our factory in China, where they are mass produced by the amount of orders we receive. Then stored in our warehouse in both US and UK.
For our custom kits, please allow 4-7+ business days processing time as these are very labor intensive and crafted specifically for you.
Express shipping is offered for USA customers only. We provide Express Shipping through FedEx. Please allow 5-10 days after the production/processing time.
Orders are shipping on business days only (Monday-Friday). We are not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping to due to postal service delays.
International shipping is available. Shipping and handing times will vary by location. Please allow 10 - 30 business days for your international package to be delivered.
Please note, you will receive a tracking number via email when the shipment information has been entered into our system. From there, it will take two to three business days for your order to be processed in shipment. Due to the increase of online orders during the holiday season, shipping providers are seeing slight delays in shipping times.

What shipping provider do you use?
You can expect to receive your package(s) through your local carrier (USPS or FedEx if you are located in the US) once it passes through customs. Times will vary depending on multiple factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local carrier.
Why is my tracking info not updating?
Nothing to worry about, this is perfectly normal! When your order is in transit and moving between countries, tracking will be very slow to update (the packages are on shipping containers in the middle of the ocean!).
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Please allow 4 - 12 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 12 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied.
